Shipping policy

Heads up before you check out: nexavorax ships every order from our partner warehouse in China. Nothing is stocked in the US, so delivery takes 11–17 business days.

Timeline

Day 0 — order in by 6:00 PM MT on a business day (later orders roll to the next business day).
Processing — 3–5 business days for the warehouse to pull, check and pack your look.
Shipping — 8–12 business days in transit, with final delivery by USPS or FedEx.

These windows are estimates. Weekends and holidays don't count, and customs or carrier delays can push delivery back.

Rates

$7.95 flat per order. Free when your cart reaches $60 after discounts. Import duties are prepaid by us and built into our prices, so nothing is due at delivery. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Service area

Lower 48 states plus Washington, D.C. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping to a P.O. Box? We'll send it USPS — FedEx can't deliver there.
