Not feeling the look? Send it back within 30 days of delivery. The return shipping label is on us.

Start a return

Email support@nexavorax.com with your order number and the item. We'll email a prepaid label within 24 hours. Please use our label so we can match the return to your order.

Rules

• Unworn and unwashed, tags attached.
• Original packaging, plus anything that came with it (belts, straps, ties).
• No restocking fee.
• Change-of-mind returns: the original $7.95 shipping isn't refunded.

Wrong item or damage

Send a photo of the item and its label to support@nexavorax.com. We'll replace it or refund it, and the return costs you nothing.

Swaps

Want another size or color? Ask in your return email. If it's in stock we'll swap it; if not, we refund.

Refund timing

Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–7 business days after our returns warehouse receives the item. Your bank may take 3–10 more business days.
